Five Step Process
Tapping into our team of diverse skill sets to help our clients identify investment opportunities, we do this through a five step process:
Step 1: Develop Client Mandate. Using an investment philosophy methodology of knowing our client, we understand our client’s sweet spot for types of projects, risk appetite, investment threshold, project structure alternatives, time horizon, and exit strategy.
Step 2: Project Screening. This is where we leverage off our broker partner network in providing us projects to “match” with our client’s investment mandate. This typically involves a simple high level one-page project fact sheet to be provided to our client.
Step 3: Project Engagement. Once a preliminary match is made, our client will give us the green light to initiate counter-party broker/partners discussions. Further areas of professional expertise may be brought in to assist on both sides of the negotiations.
Step 4: Consummation. As the investment project finalizes, we work with our client to determine the winning conditions when the transaction closes.
Step 5: Continuous Follow Up. We will continue to do periodic checks with our client to see if there are areas of improvement on the current project we can assist with. In addition we continue to identify future projects based on our client’s mandate.
At Reyfont, we are not order takers for our clients. We commit to “telling it like it is” even if our client does not want to hear it.
When presenting projects for clients to review, our philosophy is “if this project was being acquired with our own money, would we do it?”.
We are not transactional focused company, we are relationship focused and as such our client’s experiences are enhanced through a high quality of customer service and satisfaction.

阶段三:项目参与阶段。一旦初期的项目配对工作完成,在客户的指令下, 我们会同我们的经纪合作伙伴进行洽谈。在这个商业洽谈的过程中,我们会根据项目的需要调动一些其他相关领域的专业技能去协助促成谈判。
阶段四:项目收尾完善阶段。在投资项目的收尾过程中,我们会同客户一起努力,拟定并满足交易的各项条件,直至交易顺利完成。
阶段五:项目后续阶段。项目结束后,我们会继续与客户保持沟通,提供项目的后续服务,以及未来一些项目的引进。
